How to Join
Ordinary Member
Subject to the approval by the Board of Directors, individual or audit firm already registered with CRAC in accordance with the prevalent law can apply the membership through the below procedures:
Honorary Member
Recommended jointly by 5 existing members and approved by the Board of Directors, any individual with significant contribution to the profession can be the Honorary Member.
Procedure for application
Fill in MCPA's application form with the attachments of
- I/D copy
- Approval letter issued by CPC for the registration as auditor or audit firm, copy of Gazette showing the registration or identity card / professional license.
- 2 photos
Testimonial given by 2 existing members
Approval of the application to be given by the Board of Directors
Member should pay the adminssion fee and annual fee within 15 days from the admission notice
Rights & Obligations
Rights of the Ordinary Member
(a) To elect or be elected as member of various management boards
(b) To attend meetings of the organizations he/she belongs to
(c) To participate all events hosted by the Society
(d) To enjoy all benefits provided to members
Obligations of the Ordinary Member
(a) To comply with professional ethics
(b) To contribute for promoting mission of the Society
(c) To work diligently for the posts assigned by the Society
(d) To pay entry and annual fees
